• There are Spring, Summer, and Fall residencies available within a calendar year that are two weeks in length.   
   

• Residents will have access to a cabin which will also be the studio. Presently, this is the only habitable cabin on the land, and as such, the space is private and quiet.
   

• The land—which we hope will be an inspiration—encompasses 280 acres with a garden and hiking trails through some old growth trees.  
   

• The residency is free, but food is not included. 
   

• There is a kitchen in the cabin along with an outdoor shower and bathroom facility.   
   

• For residents without a car, we offer rides to town for errands/shopping 2-3 times a week.  
   

• Residents are welcome to host an Artist Talk, but this is not required.
