Join us for our first ever Summer Solstice Celebration!
Here are the details:
Date: Tuesday, June 21, 2022
5:00 PM: Hike with Here We Go
6:00 PM: Crown-Making
7:00 PM: Dinner, fire, drumming, and dancing
This celebration is a time to take a breath and enjoy all that the land has to give us. Here We Go will be guiding a leisurely hike through the newly cleared lower trails, and you will get to see more of the beauty that this land possesses.
A Solstice Crown-Making activity (and new Chinkapin tradition) will be led by Xochitl in which we will make and wear beautiful crowns out of special herbal plants and manifest a season of growth and abundance.
A bonfire flanked by our local drum circle friends will be aflame, and lastly, we will host a dinner and dance to close out the longest day of the year.
We are located at 1428 Auburntown Rd. in Woodbury, TN. For directions and a map, please click HERE.
Come celebrate with us for any or all of these festivities!
